Forging/ Casting
We have in-house forgings/ casting along with dedicated capacities for all casting & forgings, with a controlled IQC of materials pertaining to the highest standard metals/ process in our sector of business.
Buffing/Polishing
In-house polishing & buffing machines to make sure each handle reaches the next stage conforming aesthetics to the door handle.
Electroplating
Multi Finish Electroplating is done with use of non-toxic coating from global certified partners. Also, the electrophoretic lacquer process is done for the longevity of finishes. Finishes available are Satin Nickel, Bright Nickel, Matt SS, Antique Bronze, Matt Antique Bronze, Anthracite, PVD Rose Gold, PVD Gold, Polish Brass, Chrome & many more.
Assembly
Each handle/ lock is manually checked & QC is performed to make sure every SKU is packed as per desired standard.
Door Handle Research & Development
LIFE CYCLE TEST MACHINE
Continuous cycle test is done up till 50,000/ 100,000 cycles from every batch.
SALT TEST MACHINE/LABORATORY
In house laboratory to confirm ASTM SST standards of the product which is 96/ 240 hrs.
